I had a big project for them to do.Ordered curtains, plantation shutters andBlinds and panel glides.They were amazing from start to finish.Very understanding and great people to deal with.This was done back in 2022 (sorry late review) but I've had no issues at all with any of the items installed. There was a lot of windows and doors to cover and with kids I thought I'd have issues but the products has been amazing.Local Business and lovely people.

I've used Lucas Blinds twice now and was thoroughly impressed both times. The measure and quote for our numerous vertical blinds this time was super fast and efficient. Turnaround time from confirming order to ready for installation was incredibly quick. Then lastly the installation process was very professional and quick too. All for a very reasonable price. I wouldn't go anywhere else for blinds as it's hard to find good old fashioned Aussie companies that live up to their promises like Lucas Blinds do

After years on my wish list, I decided to bite the bullet and finally get interior plantation shutters on four windows and a wall skylight.Debra Olsen gave me very friendly and helpful advice in choosing from the many options available in materials, as well as a competitive quote.I ended up choosing the Avenir powdercoated aluminium shutters, in a custom Dulux colour Birch White for a reasonable extra cost.Scott did a first class job measuring up and giving friendly and professional advice on the panel sizing and hinge positions to match my existing window frames.The two-month wait to get the shutters made overseas was more than worth it. They are of excellent quality and the custom colour is a good match for my off-white woodwork.Scott and Kyle did a first rate job with installation, and the frames fitted perfectly, a testament to Scott's deadly accurate initial measuring up.The shutters have really lifted the look and function of my house, and being powdercoated aluminium, have all the looks of similarly priced traditional wooden shutters without the drawbacks of eventual paint cracking and potential blade sagging.Based on my positive experience, I can confidently recommend the team at Lucas Blinds for a quality product, helpful advice and very professional installation.

Ordered outside blinds. We dropped by the factory first to check them out and had very friendly service. When visiting to quote, very thorough discussion of the options, how to position the blinds to fit our space, colors etc. Installation looks great. Price very competitive - marginally above others we got, but only slightly and the service/local presence is worth it.

Scott, Andrew and the Team were great to deal with. Even to the point that they cleaned up after themselves. Great to still see some tradesmen around these days that take pride in their work and the clients home. The materials and blinds used are top quality and install is A1!We could not recommend Lucas Blinds enough to anyone thinking of sourcing their blinds from them or in general.

I have had beautiful Sheer Curtains hung in both Bedrooms, and the Blockout Blinds that were already there I had divided to accommodate the wind-out windows, (this was to stop the blinds being sucked out with the breeze). The whole experience was one of complete Professionalism and Time Sensitive action. Debra was so helpful with everything, from helping select the fabric, to booking in time for Measuring, Delivery and Pick-Up and Drop of of Blinds. I cannot recommend Lucas Blinds and their amazing staff enough. Also the Quotation was provided the next day, payment of portion of Quote was asked for, which was extremely reasonable, and final payment was after the product was received. Thank you guys you have been amazing, and I have recommended you on several occasions to other residents of our new complex. Thanks

Lucas Blinds fitted out our new 5bdrm duplex recently, and were awesome to deal with from start to finish with a good price. Great selection of products and good knowledge.We had issues with the finish of some Verishades (Not Lucas Blinds fault) and they did a great job of chasing the manufacturer up and resolving the problem, assuring us along the way they would get it sorted, which they did.Shout out to Debra for looking after us.

I recently had blinds installed by Lucas Blinds & Awnings.I chose the double holland blind, which allows a sunscreen blind for the daylight hours and a blockout blind for complete coverage. I live in a unit and that choice was perfect for my residence. It is attractive and unobtrusive, providing an open and spacious look to each room.The staff at Lucas could not have been more helpful. From my first showroom visit, through measurement, quote and installation, I could not speak too highly of all staff members concerned. Totally efficient, courteous and professional.
